We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
