These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Aliastone and to every agreement between us and the customer.
All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices. An agreement is established when you place an order and we confirm it.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. Your order will only be processed after full payment has been received.
We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. See our shipping policy for more information. The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
You have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. See our return policy for full conditions.
We guarantee that our products meet the specifications stated in the offer. You are entitled to the statutory warranty of at least 2 years in accordance with EU legislation.
Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our liability insurance, or to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
